Processing and Transit Times

I'll ship your order within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise posted. You'll receive a tracking number when your order is ready to ship; please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. While transit times vary by location and chosen shipping method, most continental US orders arrive within about 3–7 business days of shipping. 

Protection and Presentation

Everything at Dustmote Studio is a labor of love, right down to the packaging: I swaddle every bottle in a custom-made pillowy cocoon that's as beautiful as it is protective.

Resolving Issues

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days in transit or if you receive a damaged package, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help. Simply reply to any order-related email you've received from my shop; I typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. If your shipment is damaged, I'll need to work with the carrier for an insurance claim, so please be sure to include photos of the damage (both box and item) so that I can start the process right away.

I'm located in the Pacific Northwest of the US, and I ship to the US and Canada.
